מדיניות פרטיות

איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים
- פרטי חשבון - שם משתמש, כתובת אימייל וסיסמה (נשמרת מוצפנת, לעולם לא כטקסט גלוי).
- סרטונים - הסרטונים שאתם מעלים והקבצים המעובדים שנוצרים מהם.
- נתוני שימוש - כמה סרטונים עיבדתם (לצורך מכסת השימוש).
- חיבור Metricool - אם חיברתם חשבון Metricool, נשמר אסימון גישה כדי לתזמן פוסטים בשמכם.
- העדפות אימייל - הסכמתכם לקבלת אימיילים של עדכונים ופרסומים, עם חותמת זמן.
איך אנחנו משתמשים במידע
- הסרטונים מעובדים בענן (Modal) כדי ליצור כתוביות, לחתוך שקטים ולשפר איכות.
- תמלול הסרטון נשלח למודלים של בינה מלאכותית (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) כדי להציע הוקים, כיתובים וקטעי B-roll. התמלול אינו משמש לאימון המודלים.
- קטעי וידאו ממאגרים חינמיים נטענים מ-Pexels ו-Pixabay.
- אימיילים תפעוליים (אימות כתובת ואיפוס סיסמה) נשלחים דרך Resend כשאתם משתמשים בפעולות אלה.
- אימיילים של עדכונים ופרסומים (תכונות חדשות, שינויים, טיפים ומבצעים על פייפליין) נשלחים למשתמשים רשומים על סמך ההסכמה שניתנה בעת ההרשמה. ניתן לבקש להפסיק אימיילים לא-חיוניים בכל עת בפנייה אלינו.
כמה זמן המידע נשמר
- סרטונים מעובדים נמחקים אוטומטית לאחר 30 יום.
- קבצי ביניים נמחקים לאחר 48 שעות.
- פרטי החשבון נשמרים עד שתבקשו למחוק את החשבון.
שיתוף מידע
אנחנו לא מוכרים את המידע שלכם ולא משתפים אותו עם גורמים שלישיים, מלבד ספקי השירות שמפעילים את המערכת: Modal (עיבוד ואחסון), Vercel (אתר), Resend (אימייל), Anthropic ו-Google (ניתוח תמלול), Pexels ו-Pixabay (מאגרי וידאו) ו-Metricool (רק אם חיברתם חשבון ותזמנתם פוסט). חלק מספקים אלה מפעילים שרתים מחוץ לישראל ולאיחוד האירופי (בעיקר בארצות הברית), כך שהשימוש בשירות כרוך בהעברת המידע שלכם אל מחוץ לישראל.
אבטחה
סיסמאות נשמרות בגיבוב חזק (PBKDF2), כל התעבורה מוצפנת (HTTPS), והנתונים של כל משתמש מבודדים ממשתמשים אחרים.

תנאי שימוש
השירות
פייפליין הוא כלי לעריכת סרטוני וידאו בעברית: כתוביות אוטומטיות, חיתוך שקטים, שיפור איכות, הוקים ותזמון פרסום. השירות נמצא בשלב מוקדם ומסופק כמות שהוא (as is), ללא התחייבות לזמינות או לתוצאה מסוימת.
התוכן שלכם
הסרטונים שלכם נשארים שלכם. בהעלאת סרטון אתם מאשרים לנו לעבד אותו אך ורק לצורך מתן השירות. אתם מצהירים שיש לכם את מלוא הזכויות וההרשאות לתוכן שאתם מעלים - לרבות מוזיקה, קטעי וידאו, וכן דמותם, קולם או פרטיהם של אנשים המופיעים בו - ושהתוכן אינו מפר זכויות יוצרים, פרטיות או זכויות אחרות של אף גורם. האחריות על התוכן שאתם מעלים ועל כל דבר שמתפרסם בשמכם (למשל פוסטים שתוזמנו דרך חשבון מחובר) היא עליכם בלבד. אתם מתחייבים לשפות אותנו בגין כל תביעה הנובעת מתוכן שהעליתם או פרסמתם דרך השירות.
שימוש מותר
אין להשתמש בשירות כדי ליצור, להעלות או להפיץ תוכן בלתי חוקי, מפר זכויות, מסית, מטריד, פוגעני, או תוכן שיש בו ניצול מיני של קטינים. אנחנו רשאים להסיר תוכן ולהשעות או לסגור חשבונות שמפרים תנאים אלה, לפי שיקול דעתנו.
כשירות לשימוש
השימוש בשירות מותר מגיל 16 ומעלה. אם אתם מעלים סרטון שמופיעים בו אנשים אחרים, האחריות לקבל את הסכמתם עליכם - ובכלל זה כל הסכמה נוספת הנדרשת כאשר מופיע קטין.
מכסות
לחשבון חינמי יש מכסת סרטונים מוגבלת. המכסות עשויות להשתנות; נעדכן על שינויים מהותיים.
הגבלת אחריות
במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק, לא נהיה אחראים לנזק עקיף שייגרם משימוש בשירות, לרבות אובדן קבצים לאחר תקופת השמירה (30 יום). מומלץ לשמור עותק מקומי של הסרטונים שלכם.
סיום ושינויים
אנחנו רשאים להשעות חשבון שמפר את התנאים. נוכל לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת; המשך שימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה. על תנאים אלה חל הדין הישראלי.

Privacy Policy
Pipeline ("we") is operated by Yotam Jacob, the data controller responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy request, contact yotamjacob@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account details - username, email address and password (stored hashed, never as plain text).
- Videos - the videos you upload and the processed files created from them.
- Usage data - how many videos you have processed (for the usage quota).
- Metricool connection - if you connect a Metricool account, an access token is stored so we can schedule posts on your behalf.
- Email preferences - your agreement to receive update and promotional emails, with a timestamp.
How we use it
- Videos are processed in the cloud (Modal) to create captions, cut silences and enhance quality.
- The video transcript is sent to AI models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) to suggest hooks, captions and B-roll clips. Transcripts are not used to train the models.
- Stock footage is fetched from Pexels and Pixabay.
- Transactional emails (address verification and password reset) are sent via Resend when you use those features.
- Update and promotional emails (new features, changes, tips and offers about Pipeline) are sent to registered users based on the agreement given at sign-up. You can ask us to stop non-essential emails at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
- Processed videos are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Intermediate files are deleted after 48 hours.
- Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, other than the service providers that run the system: Modal (processing and storage), Vercel (website), Resend (email), Anthropic and Google (transcript analysis), Pexels and Pixabay (stock footage) and Metricool (only if you connect an account and schedule a post). Some of these providers operate servers outside Israel and the EU (mainly in the United States), so using the service involves transferring your data internationally.
Security
Passwords are stored with strong hashing (PBKDF2), all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and each user's data is isolated from other users.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or full deletion of your account and files at any time - email yotamjacob@gmail.com.
Terms of Use
The service
Pipeline is a tool for editing Hebrew videos: automatic captions, silence cutting, quality enhancement, hooks and post scheduling. The service is at an early stage and is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or of any particular result.
Your content
Your videos remain yours. By uploading a video you allow us to process it solely to provide the service. You confirm that you own or have all rights and permissions to the content you upload - including any music, footage, and the appearance, voice or personal details of any person shown in it - and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or other rights. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for anything published on your behalf (for example, posts scheduled through a connected account). You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from content you upload or publish through the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create, upload or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise abusive. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. If you upload video that shows other people, you are responsible for having their permission, including any additional consent required when a minor appears.
Quotas
Free accounts have a limited video quota. Quotas may change; we will announce material changes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by use of the service, including loss of files after the retention period (30 days). We recommend keeping a local copy of your videos.
Termination and changes
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Israeli law.
