מחיקת חשבון ונתונים
אפשר לבקש בכל עת מחיקה מלאה של חשבון פייפליין וכל הנתונים המשויכים אליו.
מה נמחק
- פרטי החשבון - כתובת האימייל, שם המשתמש והסיסמה המגובבת.
- כל הסרטונים שהעליתם והקבצים המעובדים שנוצרו מהם.
- היסטוריית הסרטונים ונתוני השימוש.
- חיבור Metricool ואסימון הגישה, אם קיים.
הדרך המהירה: מתוך האפליקציה
הדרך המהירה ביותר היא מתוך פייפליין עצמה: התחברו, ולחצו על מחיקת חשבון בתחתית כל מסך. אחרי שני אישורים החשבון וכל הנתונים נמחקים מיד, ואין צורך להמתין לנו.
אם אין לכם גישה לחשבון
לחצו על הכפתור למטה כדי לשלוח לנו בקשה במייל. ציינו את כתובת האימייל של החשבון שברצונכם למחוק. נשלים את המחיקה תוך 30 יום (בדרך כלל הרבה קודם) ונשלח אישור לכתובת שממנה נשלחה הבקשה.

אפשר גם לשלוח מייל ישירות ל-hebrewpipeline@gmail.com. הערה: סרטונים מעובדים נמחקים ממילא אוטומטית לאחר 30 יום - מחיקת החשבון מסירה את כל הנתונים לצמיתות.
Delete your account & data
You can request full deletion of your Pipeline account and all associated data at any time.
What gets deleted
- Account details - your email address, username and hashed password.
- Every video you uploaded and the processed files created from them.
- Your video history and usage data.
- Your Metricool connection and access token, if any.
The fast way: inside the app
The quickest route is inside Pipeline itself: sign in and tap Delete my account at the bottom of any screen. After two confirmations the account and all its data are removed immediately, with no need to wait for us.
If you cannot get into your account
Tap the button below to send us a request by email. Include the email address of the account you want deleted. We complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner) and send a confirmation to the address the request came from.

You can also email hebrewpipeline@gmail.com directly. Note: processed videos are already deleted automatically after 30 days - deleting your account removes all data permanently.
